Medjai Inc. ("Medjai", "we") operates medj.ai. This policy describes what we collect on this website and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, and your message. We may also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited) through privacy-respecting analytics, used only to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule conversations you've asked for, and — if you've expressed interest — keep you informed about Medjai. That's it. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
Your data is stored with our service providers (website hosting, email, CRM), each bound by data-processing terms. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
How long we keep it
Contact-form data is retained while our conversation is active and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. Write to privacy@medj.ai — we respond within 30 days.
Client data is different
Data processed through the Medjai product for our clients is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, not this policy.
